Death Star Gunner
The Death Star Gunner's helmet was sculpted by Lego Star Wars Admin out of Epoxy Putty, then spray painted over with black. The antenna is made out of brass wire, super-glued onto the helmet. Torso comes from LEGO's Shadow Trooper with no modifications. The legs were spray painted with chrome to resemble a belt.

Death Star Trooper
The Death Star Trooper's helmet was sculpted out of Epoxy Putty, then spray painted with black. The torso is custom made with water-slide decals, though following LEGO's Death Star Trooper's torso design. The facial features also follows LEGO's Death Star Trooper designs and is also created though use of water-slide decals.

Commander Bacara
Commander Bacara's helmet was created though the use of painstakingly spray-painting sections covered with tape to create this special helmet design. The rounded back of his helmet is a modified castle helmet which was superglued onto his helmet. His shoulder pauldren was created using a hole-punched red ribbon.

501st Legion Commander
The 501st Legion Commander's helmet was created by sanding a castle "skeleton" helmet, then spray-painting it white. The blue designs on the helmet were hand painted on afterwards, with a mixture of dark blue and gray. The shoulder-pauldren is a photo-quality-paper print-out with a custom design, hole punched in the middle for the head section. The gun is custom made though use of cutting and sanding a 2007-2009 blaster pistol.

Luke (Hoth)
This custom Hoth-stye Luke was created by modifying the "Crossbow Defense" castle minifigure helmet by sanding off the top. Then the policeman cap was used as the top of Luke's helmet/scarf, and finally, an unmodified goggle was used as Luke's goggles. All of this was then superglued to each other, then painted white.

Wookie Crossbow
This Wookie Crossbow was created by modifying a regular LEGO crossbow, then painstakingly supergluing individual LEGO rods to the back of the crossbow to create the back-piece of the crossbow. The two energizer balls in the front of the crossbow are just plain LEGO antennas, and the scope is two cut-off 2007-2009 scopes of blaster pistols, glued onto a ridged rod. All of these pieces were then spray-painted black.

Rebel Commander
This Rebel Commander's helmet was created by carefully sanding away a LEGO samurai helmet, then spray-painting it black, then layering it over again with white. The custom Rebel Alliance gun is made out of brass poles, which was then sanded and cut to the desired length.

Darth Maul's Lightsaber
This custom Darth Maul Lightsaber was created by using a lathe to cut and shave an aluminum pole to create the desired thickness. After the aluminum pole was shaved, different tools were used to create the small divots and ridges in the lightsaber to give it even more likeness to a real LEGO lightsaber.

Destroyer Droid (Droideka)
This custom Destroyer Droid was created using some of LEGO's own building designs, but some interlocking sections, such as the neck are fully LegoAdmin's design. The legs of this destroyer droid follow the same design as most; consisting of droid arms. The shield generator uses an ingenious design of minesweepers, which are modified slightly by cutting off the handle to about 1/4 of an inch. This custom Destroyer Droid doesn't roll very well though when curled up, as it is not all even. The blasters follow LEGO's design of a backwards pistol, with a binocular attached.
